June 14, 2007 Full PDF

Litigation partner Lew Clayton's "Intellectual Property Litigation" column appeared in the June 14 New York Law Journal. The article discusses recent opinions in which the U.S. Supreme Court overruled Federal Circuit interpretations of patent law, making it more difficult to obtain and enforce patents.
