Litigation partner Lew Clayton's "Patent Law" column was published in the November 12 issue of The National Law Journal. The article discusses two recent U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit cases that illustrate the delicate line drawing courts have found necessary to attempt to identify patentable subject matter while preserving abstract ideas for public use.
