Private Funds Group Global Co-Head Marco Masotti moderated a discussion with several general counsel from top private equity and growth capital firms, as part of the American Investment Council’s 2021 “General Counsels Day” program. Additionally, corporate partner Vicky Forrester participated in a panel, “Fund Formation Trends,” alongside investment management lawyers from other leading law firms.
The AIC is an advocacy organization for the private equity industry. Its annual General Counsels Day program brings together leading private equity general counsel to discuss cutting-edge industry topics.
