Ares Management Leads Growth Investment in Virgin Voyages

Paul, Weiss advised funds managed by Ares Management’s Private Equity Group in their growth investment in Virgin Voyages, the award-winning cruise brand from Richard Branson's Virgin Group. The Ares funds led the $550 million funding round, which included additional capital from existing investors including Virgin Group and Bain Capital. The investment will enable Virgin Voyages to strengthen its financial position while supporting the brand's rapid expansion into international markets.
