As reported by The New York Times "DealBook," Law360 and Reuters, Paul, Weiss has been retained as counsel to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Barnes & Noble in responding to a bid for Barnes & Noble Booksellers, barnesandnoble.com and other retail assets by the company's founder, Leonard Riggio.
