Paul, Weiss represented Impact Group, a leading sales and marketing agency for companies in the consumer packaged goods industry, in its acquisition of San Antonio-based Performance Sales and Marketing. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Impact Group is owned by New York-based private equity firm CI Capital Partners and Impact Group’s management.
