Oak Hill Completes Acquisition of Checkers Drive-In Restaurants

Paul, Weiss represented Oak Hill Capital Partners in its completed $525 million acquisition of Tampa-based drive-through restaurant chain Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. from Sentinel Capital Partners. Under the terms of the deal, the management team of Checkers will continue running the company, which has approximately 840 restaurants in 29 states.
