Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's Second Circuit Review column appeared in the July 27 issue of the New York Law Journal. The article discusses Barclays Capital Inc. v. Flyonthewall.com, a closely watched case in which the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit held that the federal Copyright Act preempted a state-law "hot-news" misappropriation claim. Litigation associate Brendan Quigley assisted in the preparation of the column.
