Litigation partner Andrew Finch participated in the 63rd Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference. Andrew’s panel, “Antitrust & IP: Does It Need to Be Retooled?” discussed refusal to license; whether and how national courts should address “global” licensing disputes; AI and competition; platforms, competition and the role of data; “pay for delay” in the pharma sector; and other topics. The conference took place on November 1 in Chicago.
