Practices
Litigation partner Les Fagen will participate in a day-long program that examines tactics and techniques for successfully trying pro bono cases. Les's segment, which will focus on opening statements, also includes Judge Laura Taylor Swain and Daniel Cooper, President of the consulting firm Litigation Strategies. The seminar is part of a Trial Advocacy Training for Pro Bono Lawyers CLE sponsored by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The event will take place on January 11.
