Paul, Weiss client Ply Gem Holdings, Inc. ("Ply Gem"), a leading manufacturer of exterior building products in North America, closed its $381 million initial public offering. Ply Gem's common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "PGEM." J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. acted as joint bookrunning managers, UBS Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acted as bookrunners, Zelman Partners LLC acted as senior co-manager and BB&T Capital Markets and Stephens Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
