Westmoreland Coal Completes Secured High Yield Offering
Paul, Weiss advised Gleacher & Company as underwriter in a Rule 144A offering of $125 million of senior secured notes by Westmoreland Coal Company. The proceeds of the notes were used to fund Westmoreland's purchase of a coal mine in Kemmerer, Wyoming from Chevron Mining, Inc.
