Paul, Weiss Adds Prominent Private Funds Partner to Private Funds Practice
Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Udi Grofman, a leading private funds lawyer, has joined the firm as a corporate partner in the New York office.

Mr. Grofman's experience includes structuring a wide variety of alternative investment products, including hedge funds and private equity funds as well as structuring seed and strategic relationships. Mr. Grofman regularly advises investment management firms and their principals on risk management and regulatory compliance, as well as on operational and succession issues. He also advises on mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations of investment management firms and on restructuring proprietary trading desks into independent investment management firms.

Mr. Grofman received his LL.B. in 1996, magna cum laude, from Tel Aviv University and his LL.M. in 2000 from New York University School of Law.
