In a deal bringing together two of sports’ largest multimedia rights and sponsorship businesses, Paul, Weiss represented IMG College, the collegiate division of Endeavor, in its merger with Learfield. The newly-named Learfield IMG College specializes in fully integrated solutions for colleges and universities, including branding, licensing and multimedia rights management; access to professional concessions, ticket sales and fan engagement systems and support; publishing, radio, digital and social expertise; and campus-wide business and sponsorship development. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
