KPS Completes Sale of Portfolio Company to CCR

Paul, Weiss client KPS Capital Partners, LP (KPS) announced the completed sale of its portfolio company, North American Breweries Holdings, LLC (NAB), on the terms previously announced to Cervecerίa Costa Rica, S.A. (CCR). NAB is one of the largest independently owned beer companies in the United States and the owner of a diverse portfolio of brands including Labatt, Magic Hat, Pyramid and the Original Honey Brown Lager.
