KPS Portfolio Company to Acquire Whitepath Fab Tech

Paul, Weiss client KPS Capital Partners announced that its portfolio company, Electrical Components International, Inc. (ECI), has agreed to acquire Whitepath Fab Tech, Inc., a leading North American supplier of control boxes, wire harnesses and value-added assembly services to the HVAC industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team serving as legal counsel to KPS and ECI and its affiliates included corporate partners Angelo Bonvino and Chuck Googe; real estate partner Peter Fisch; tax partner David Mayo; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
