2L Summer Program
Each year we participate in on-campus interview programs and resume collections at the nation’s most competitive law schools. We also encourage qualified applicants to apply directly via our online application portal.

Program Description:
Our summer program offers an exciting opportunity to work on significant, headline-generating matters while experiencing the unique Paul, Weiss culture. Summer associates will be integrated in the firm through substantive assignments, robust training, multi-faceted mentorship, client engagement and social events.
Application Process:
Applications for 2L positions in our New York; Los Angeles; San Francisco and Washington, D.C. offices will open on May 15. At that time, a link to our online application portal will be made available. Applicants will need to provide the following documents:
- Resumé
- Cover letter indicating departmental interests
- Unofficial law school transcript
Salary:
Paul, Weiss summer associate are paid an annualized salary of $225,000, prorated for the number of weeks worked.
