Mark Mendelsohn to Participate in ACI FCPA Conference

Litigation partner Mark Mendelsohn will speak at the American Conference Institute’s 36th International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mark will speak on a panel on “Legal, Compliance and Financial Gatekeepers as Defendants: The Realities of New, Rising Prosecution Risks Confronting Individuals.” The event will take place from December 4 to 5 in Washington, D.C.
