Paul, Weiss Counsels Pro Se Litigants on Discovery

On January 22, 2020, Paul, Weiss, in coordination with pro bono client The City Bar Justice Center, conducted a workshop for pro se litigants as part of The City Bar Justice Center’s Federal Pro Se Legal Assistance Project. The event opened with a presentation covering the principal rules governing discovery in federal courts and strategies for using discovery tools. Following the presentation, a clinic offered litigants the opportunity to speak with Paul, Weiss attorneys about the discovery needs of their individual cases.
Paul, Weiss litigation associate Nicolas Kabat delivered the presentation. Counsel Daniel Juceam and associates Anand Sithian, Makiko Hiromi, Justin Ward and Nicolas Kabat led the clinic. Litigation partner Christopher Boehning supervised the matter.
