Amazon Completes $3.9 Billion Acquisition of One Medical

Paul, Weiss advised Amazon in its all-cash $3.9 billion acquisition of One Medical, a technology-powered primary care organization with a mission to make quality health care more affordable and accessible through a seamless combination of in-person, digital and virtual services. Under the terms of the deal, Amazon acquired One Medical for $18 per share.
