Paul, Weiss Counsels Pro Se Litigants on Discovery

On June 25, Paul, Weiss, in coordination with pro bono client The City Bar Justice Center, conducted a presentation and clinic for pro se litigants in the Eastern District of New York. The presentation covered the principal rules governing discovery in federal courts and strategies for using discovery tools. The clinic offered litigants the opportunity to speak with Paul, Weiss attorneys about the discovery needs of their individual cases.
Paul, Weiss associates Jeremy Benjamin and Nicolas Kabat delivered the presentation. Counsel Amy Barton, associates Elana Beale, Alyson Cohen and Johan Tatoy led the clinic. Litigation partner Christopher Boehning supervised the matter.
