The M&A Advisor named Paul, Weiss a finalist across five categories in its 2024 M&A Advisor Awards. Corporate partner Michael Vogel was named a finalist for “Legal Advisor of the Year,” while the firm was shortlisted for “Consumer Discretionary Deal of the Year (over $1 billion)” and “Restructuring Deal of the Year ($1 - $5 billion)” for its role advising National CineMedia on its approved chapter 11 plan, and “Telecommunications Deal of the Year” and “Restructuring of the Year ($250 million - $1 billion)” for its role advising an ad hoc group of first lien term loan lenders to QualTek Services on its approved chapter 11 plan. The annual awards honor the year's leading M&A transactions, restructurings, deal financings, services, firms and professionals.
