Paul, Weiss represented customer experience company Hero Digital, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Philadelphia-based Delphic Digital, a full service digital agency providing web design, web development, SEO and online marketing services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
