KPS Portfolio Company Acquires Siac do Brasil Ltda
Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP and KPS portfolio company International Equipment Solutions, LLC ("IES") in the acquisition of Siac do Brasil Ltda., the leading manufacturer of cab enclosures in Brazil, from SIAC S.p.A. ("SIAC") and its affiliates. The acquisition was executed through an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary. IES and SIAC also announced an alliance agreement for future cooperation.
