Through a newly formed company, International Equipment Solutions (IES), and its affiliates, KPS has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Paladin Brands Holding, Inc. and Crenlo LLC, from Dover Corporation.
Paladin, the leading independent North American provider of engineered attachment tools for operator-driven equipment, and Crenlo, a leading North American provider of steel cabs and roll-over protective structures and electronics enclosures, serve a wide range of markets. KPS intends to aggressively expand IES through organic growth and global acquisition.
