Harvest Partners Completes Acquisition of Document Technologies
Paul, Weiss advised an affiliate of Harvest Partners, LP on a transaction to acquire the parent company of Document Technologies, LLC (DTI). DTI is the largest independent provider of on-site facilities management services and electronic data discovery solutions servicing law firms and corporations nationwide. The transaction, which closed yesterday, was financed with senior debt led by GE Capital and mezzanine debt led by Carlyle Mezzanine Partners, as well as co-investments from certain of Harvest's limited partners and DTI management.
The corporate lawyers on the deal were M&A partner Angelo Bonvino and financing partner Thomas de la Bastide III. The tax lawyer was partner David W. Mayo; the employee benefits lawyer was counsel Reuven Falik; the real estate lawyer was partner Peter E. Fisch; the intellectual property lawyer was partner Charles H.
