Paul, Weiss represented Canada-based Luxury Retreats in its completed sale to Airbnb. Luxury Retreats, a full service villa rental company, will continue to operate as a standalone entity in the short term. Over time, Luxury Retreats listings will be highlighted and integrated into the Airbnb community. All of the approximately 250 members of Luxury Retreats team will join Airbnb and continue to focus on bringing high-quality listings to the Airbnb community.
