Octave Group to Sell PlayNetwork to Mood Media

Paul, Weiss is advising Octave Group in its sale of PlayNetwork to Mood Media, a leading in-store media solutions company. PlayNetwork offers in-store entertainment media to over 400 customer brands at more than 100,000 locations in 115 countries. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
