Paul, Weiss represented KPS Capital Partners, LP in its acquisition, through a newly formed affiliate, of C&D Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates. C&D Technologies is a global leader in solutions and services for the utility, telecommunications, uninterruptible power supply, cable, broadband and renewable energy markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
