SnapAV to Be Acquired by Hellman & Friedman

Paul, Weiss is representing SnapAV, a portfolio company of General Atlantic, in its sale to affiliates of Hellman & Friedman LLC. SnapAV sells audio/video, security, networking and automation products to homes and businesses. Financial terms of the transaction, announced June 20 and expected to close in the third quarter of 2017, were not disclosed.
