Mitel to Acquire ShoreTel for $530 Million

Paul, Weiss is representing Ottawa-based Mitel Networks Corporation in its proposed $530 million all-cash acquisition of Sunnyvale, California-based communications solutions company ShoreTel. Mitel, a global leader in enterprise communications, will acquire all of ShoreTel common stock at $7.50 per share. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017 pending a shareholder tender and regulatory approvals.
